Welcome to the Web Packaging Solutions (WPS) Customer Portal. By accessing, browsing, or using this portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

I. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property

Ownership of Information: All content, data, technical specifications, graphics, and documentation—including but not limited to Sales Quotes, Certificates of Analysis (COA), Packing Lists, and proprietary packaging designs—are the exclusive intellectual property of Web Packaging Solutions LLC.

Permitted Use & Restrictions on Sharing: You may download and retain copies of documents made available to you through the portal for your own internal business use, including Sales Quotes, Certificates of Analysis (COA), Packing Lists, invoices, shipment images, and other order-specific documents. Except as expressly permitted above, you are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or transmitting any information found on this portal, or from sharing downloaded documents with any third party -- including competitors or other parties outside your organization -- without express written consent from WPS.

Restricted Access: This portal is intended solely for the internal business use of authorized WPS customers. Use of the data for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or disclosure to third parties is strictly forbidden.

II. Data Accuracy & Reliance (The "No-Decision" Clause)

Logistics & Tracking Data: While the portal provides visibility from dispatch to delivery, this data is often aggregated from third-party carriers and shipping lines. WPS does not guarantee the real-time accuracy of "sailing" or "arrival" statuses.

Inaccuracies and Delays: Information provided through the portal may be subject to technical delays, clerical errors, or transmission lags.

Limitation of Liability: You agree that you will not make critical financial, inventory, or legal decisions based solely on the automated data provided in this portal. WPS shall not be liable for any damages, including lost profits or business interruptions, resulting from your reliance on portal data.

Force Majeure: WPS shall not be held responsible for any portal downtime or data inaccuracies caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, labor strikes, or internet service provider failures.

Order of Precedence: In the event of any discrepancy between information displayed on the portal and the terms of any executed agreement, signed order confirmation, invoice, purchase order, or other formal commercial document, the applicable formal commercial document shall prevail.

III. Confidentiality of Pricing & Commercial Terms

Confidential Information: All Sales Quotes, invoices, and resin-indexed pricing structures displayed within this portal are considered "Confidential Information".

Non-Disclosure: You agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of these commercial terms and shall not disclose them to any third party, including competitors or industry analysts, without prior written authorization from WPS.

IV. Account Security & Audit Monitoring

Credentials Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and password. Any activity performed under your account is deemed to be authorized by you.

Security Monitoring: WPS reserves the right to monitor all portal activity via audit logs to ensure compliance with these terms and to protect the integrity of our data. Any detected unauthorized access or data scraping will result in immediate termination of access.

Right to Terminate: WPS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke or terminate portal access for any user at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to the cessation of a business relationship or a breach of these terms.

V. Legal Indemnity & Governing Law

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Web Packaging Solutions LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the portal or breach of these terms.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the Houston, Texas area.

Privacy Policy

At Web Packaging Solutions, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your business information.

I. Information Collection

Business Data: We collect information necessary to facilitate your transactions, such as contact details, order history, and inquiry records.

Portal Usage Data: We may collect technical data including login timestamps, IP addresses, and page-view history to improve portal performance and security.

II. Use of Information

Service Delivery: Your data is used exclusively to provide you with visibility into your orders, process your inquiries, and manage your account.

No Third-Party Sales: WPS does not sell, rent, or lease your business or personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

III. Data Security & Third Parties

Security Standards: We utilize industry-standard encryption and secure server protocols to protect your sensitive documents, such as Invoices and Certificates of Analysis.

Service Providers: We may share limited shipment details with our logistics partners and carriers solely to provide the tracking functionality available in your portal.
